Description
Tip/fun-Fact: Orchards are an important cultural component, and are home to several animal species in the Vienna Woods Biosphere Reserve (BPWW). To mark its tenth anniversary, each of the 51 communities in the BPWW in Lower Austria, and the seven in Vienna, donated a fruit tree.

Route description From Eichgraben to the Roman cemetery
We will start at Eichgraben/Altlengbach railway station, and then head down Karl-Föderl-Strasse to the Gartensteig district, and then downhill along Huttenstrasse, to Hauptstrasse. Bearing left, we will now exit the roundabout and walk along Friedhofstrasse (yellow-green route) to Gärtnerstrasse (on the left). We will follow Hiking Route No. 5 to the junction with Hiking Route No. 4 (yellow-green route), and then turn left onto Hiking Route No. 3, before turning right onto the Römerwanderweg (Roman Hiking Route until we reach the route signpost. Here we will bear left (yellow-green/blue route) and go straight on until we reach the T-junction. From there, we will turn right and go downhill, continuing along the Eichgrabner Ortsrunde (Eichgraben Circular) route (blue) until we reach Rittsteigstrasse. We will continue downhill towards Hauptstrasse, and from there, back to the railway station.
