Route description Laaben Juneberry Trail
We will start our tour at Laaben town hall. Heading west, we will go over the Laabenbach and turn onto the second street on the right. We will follow the Laabentalradweg (“Laabental cycle route”) for 300 m. After that, we will turn left and follow a forest and meadow route to Rotte Pirath. In the middle of the forest, we will join Long-Distance Hiking Route No. 04 and follow it for a short distance until shortly after passing a farm. From a paved service road, we will rejoin the country road. We will follow this for around 400 m, before turning right at a signpost and onto a meadow path. Passing the tennis courts and St Florian Monastery (a great rest point), a beautiful, shaded route along the banks of the stream will take us back to the village.
