Train station Unter Tullnerbach

With its rustic reception building and the densely wooded backdrop of the Postberg, the Unter Tullnerbach station makes the hearts of Vienna Woods enthusiasts beat faster. The glazed overpass offers a safe passage to the platforms as well as to the reception building, two ticket vending machines are available for buying train tickets. Nearly 20 parking spaces are offered at the Park & Ride facility.

• Unter Tullnerbach station is located along the Westbahn line from Linz to Vienna.
• Express trains of the S50 to Neulengbach as well as to the Westbahnhof to Vienna are served every half hour.
• Connecting buses to Purkersdorf, Pressbaum and Irenental am Forst can be easily reached from the attached bus stop.

Wienerwaldsee

From Unter Tullnerbach train station, the Wienerwaldsee lake is only a short walk away, and the water conservation area can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot. Although swimming in the lake is not allowed, there are well-maintained paths around the natural area to fully enjoy the beauty of this reservoir.
